I encountered problems with a reiser partition:
address@hidden: > parted /dev/sdb print
Warning: The partition table on /dev/sdb is inconsistent. There are many
reasons why this might be the case. Often, the reason is that Linux detected
the BIOS geometry incorrectly. However, this does not appear to be the case
here.
Ignore Cancel ? C
address@hidden: > fdisk -l /dev/sdb
Disk /dev/sdb: 255 heads, 63 sectors, 1116 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 bytes
Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
/dev/sdb1 1 1115 8956237 83 Linux
What's the matter?
Regards
Tom
