Hi all,

Changes since 1.2.10:
* fixed more bugs with metadata allocation - should be right now...
* fixed a bug in the fat code - now works with small partitions
* fixed a bug in fat_create() - was allocating the wrong size FAT table.
* added more sanity checks - and attached them to _disk_{push|pop}_update_mode()
* fixed a bug in _add_logical_part_metadata() in libparted/disk_dos.c.
Should be "& PED_PARTITION_METADATA" (not ==)
