[bug-obsolete-packages] tail.exe doesn't do anything

Dear Sir or Madam,

I've downloaded coreutils-5.3.0-bin.zip
but "tail.exe file.txt" simply does nothing.
Neither "tail.exe file.txt" nor
"tail.exe -10 file.txt" gives any output.

Furthermore, if you fix this, please test
if it works for files bigger than 2 GB.
Older versions failed for big files.
