Hi Chi

I am on Trisquel Linux. I have had this problem all week but I was not trying to download/upload anything ncurses related. I have had trouble with both gftp and wget I am almost certain this is a Linux issue. I opened a ticket with my hosting provider and they said that they can download content from my hosting account fine.

Could anyone confirm that things are working fine with the ncurses server from Mac or Windows?

Hi all,

I got repeating "Connection reset" when downloading the latest source tarball. Is there something wrong with the FTP server? (I'm in Taiwan)

I have two machines. Both run wget 1.18 on Arch Linux. One downloads fine and the other always fails. As a result I guess it's a network issue rather than an OS one. I haven't find out why, though.
Hi Chi I needed to change an old hard drive. I was having this issue before I reinstalled and I still have it after re-installation. It's interesting that one Arch machine works and the other does not. I am assuming this is a package issue of some sort but I would have expected both of your Arch machines to have the same issue and they don't.... I will post to the Trisquel list in the next few days and report back. Thanks
