man ncurses
/usr/doc/ncurses (or wherever you happened to install it:)
If you still can't find it, grab the ncurses-5.2.tar.gz tarball and
just extract it somewhere; the docs are in ncurses-5.2/doc and there
is a good intorduction in ncurses-5.2/doc/ncurses-intro.doc.
