Resizable Window Design Issues

Hello,

I'm working on a module that uses ncurses to provide a command-shell-like 
interface with scrollback and line-editing commands, and at the moment I'm 
struggling with the issues of handling user resizes of the window.  I 
think my algorithms are probably good enough, but I'd really like to read 
about this kind of stuff from somebody that has already "figured this out" 
in order to produce the best possible behavior.

Can anyone suggest a resource on the web for this kind of stuff?
