Note: the Ada95 sample 'ncurses' requires the debug library; I'll fix the
configure script to work around that.

          with cygwin (adapted from a patch by Charles Wilson
          <address@hidden>, changed NCURSES_EXPORT macro to make it
          work with 'indent').
