Can you please give me more details about your configuration?
What files do you have under plugins/? Also, ensure this directory
exists and if you are not using any plugin then it must be empty.

A warning is raised and the result is unspecified (though in reality
with xml files the last specified block is used). Better be safe and
specify only one item for any extension.
