[bug-myserver] GNU MyServer coding style

Hi all,

we already discussed it some time ago without find a final solution.
Actually our coding style is a mix of GNU Coding Style and K&R.

As we are an official GNU project I think we should move completely to
the GNU Coding Style, what do you think about?

By the way the old code migration to the new indenting style can be done
easily with the `indent' program.  About names convention, I think we
can continue to use our way to call things.
