Details:

  unblock_all_sigs ();

Before unblocking all signals in the child, the fatal signal handlers have to
be reset.

Otherwise, fatal_error_signal can run in the child process, and will block on
    /* Wait for our children to die.  */
    while (job_slots_used > 0)
      reap_children (1, 1);

since the child does not have any children.
