[bug-mailutils] aliases not working

I don’t think mail aliases are working in gnu mail (mail.mailutils).

 

As per the man page, I put an alias like this in my .mailrc:

 

alias gg address@hidden

 

and when I ‘mail gg’, I get an error.  I see in the mail log mail is trying to mail gg and not address@hidden.  I see from strace that mail is in fact reading .mailrc, but for some reason it’s not taking into account the alias in that file.
