[bug-mailutils] How to send multipart/alternative?

Hello again,

I was aware that mail can now attach HTML files. and when I attach
file, and write email I do not get what I expect, I get 2 attachments,
one text, one HTML.

Instead of that is there possibility to construct
multipart/alternative message, so that text is shown as preferred?

  I     1 <no description>         [multipa/alternativ, 7bit, 51K]
  I     2 ├─><no description>     [text/plain, quoted, utf-8, 18K]
  I     3 └─><no description>      [text/html, quoted, utf-8, 32K]
