[bug-mailutils] [PATCH] Remove kyoto/tokyocabinet extra DEPENDENCIES

Hi,

Does anyone know why configure.acc forces -lbz2 -lgz -lrt when
compiling in Kyoto Cabinet support? It isn't needed by Mailutils,
as it uses no functions of those libraries, and none of them are
declared as "Libs" in Kyoto/Tokyo Cabinet pkg-config definition.

The attached patch just removes this, and the build succeeds as
normal in Debian.
