[bug-mailutils] Switching to Git.

Dear colleagues,

I plan to release the version 2.0 of GNU Mailutils by the end of
April.  Right after that, I would like to switch the existing
repository from CVS to Git[1].  Any objections to that? 

In the meantime, I have arranged for a read-only Git mirror of our
CVS repository.  It can be accessed from

   git://git.savannah.gnu.org/mailutils.git
