[bug-mailutils] Build error

I just downloaded all new cvs mailutils code today (March 27) and tried to 
build, but the following error occurred.

msgset.output -- bison -y  -vt
../scripts/ylwrap: line 117: msgset.y: command not found
make[3]: *** [msgset.c] Error 1

However, the file "msgset.y" is in the ../mailutils/mail directory.

ls -l mail/msgset.y
-rw-rw-rw- 1 15364 Nov 27  2005 mail/msgset.y


Any ideas how I can fix this?
