[bug-mailutils] GNU Mailutils 0.2 -- misc issues.

Hello,

My name is Wojciech Polak and I maintain a GNU package
called "GNU Anubis" at http://www.gnu.org/software/anubis/.
Recently I downloaded GNU Mailutils 0.2 and I have to say
that I really like this project. It's very useful and I would
like to help you guys somehow.

First of all, I've noticed that GNU Mailutils is missing a support
for NLS. Maybe I could add this missing feature? I could do that
and send a common diff file to you if you want. I could even maintain
all the further `po' files for GNU Mailutils... Anyway, the `mail'
program should support NLS as the first one, but it would be also nice
if all the daemons and their syslog's outputs would support this too.

Second of all, the default 'mail' output is too long, I think.
I believe that it should be only "No mail for ..." if a mailbox is empty.
This copyright info should be moved to e.g. --version command line
option and its output, otherwise the 'mail' output is hard to read.
GNU software should be user friendly! What do you think about it?
