Finally got a chance to commit some of your patch. Some things are still
unclear.
Questons:
- Is PIPELINING widely use in pop3d clients?
- Is EXPIRE(see rfc2449) usefull?
I've quickly got PIPELINING going and EXPIRE should not be to hard
by saving the expire date in the header of the message.
