You can add http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.18/ to the list of urls in the
Edit→Preferences→Lilypond documentation page.

For some reason lilypond.org/doc/stable still redirects to 2.16 and
lilypond.org/doc/latest to 2.17.

Otherwise Frescobaldi would pick them up automagically.
