In the Learning manual, only 9 of the ugly black bars on the right of the  
page remain.  These are caused by lines being too long in the source.  The  
details and what I've done to fix these are below.  I've not yet imported  
the LSR - I guess this should be left over-night before trying it.  Please  
review the changes at Rietveld.

Page 31: long LilyPond code: split line (and bar) but unavoidable?
Page 129: LP Code comment: comment split over 2 lines
Page 130: Same comment: ditto
Page 139: MacOS folder name: forced new line above; ditto Windows
Page 151: uncomment comment is too long: snippet 359 updated; needs import
