Somehow glyphs 571 and 571 use names "glyph 571" and "glyph 572", i.e.,
their glyph names contain spaces.  This breaks the postcript output.

I am proposing the attached patch, which fixes it for me.  Let's keep
the programming error for now as we don't know exactly what's going on
here.
