Sure, a slur should follow the same vertical direction because the regtest
for
slur-broken-trend.ly says so, and this was the behavior in 2.12.
Sorry about the \version line. I learned it's easier to work without them
when
compiling with two different versions.
And I'm sorry, but I can't wrap my head around texinfo. If I had a couple
of months
to figure it out, I probably could, but as it is, I really don't understand
it at all.
