#268 (preview) is fixed, #413 (default PNG) is not.

LANDSCAPE:

\version "2.11.55"
\header { title = "229"       composer = "Composer Composer" }
{ c'' }
\paper { #(set-paper-size "a4" 'landscape) }

default A4 PNG is shifted 71 px down and 71 px right

Baseline of footer should be 45 px from bottom edge;
Right end of composer header should be 41 px from right end,

so both of them are cropped.

in both cases the A4 PNG is 859 x 1111, GIMP says 100,99 x 100,99 ppp, 
shouldn't it
be 100x100?

The PNG rendered from A4 PS @101ppp gives 834 x 1182, this is 25 px 
less in width and
71 px more in height than PNG
