Cryptic error messages

I copied the example code for SATB music, and it doesn't compile.
Without a list
of error messages anywhere in your documentation,
I must assume this is a bug.

With no idea what SCM_TOKEN means, I can't do anything to fix your code.

I'm using OSX 10.4.8 on a Macbook using intel chips, 512MB Ram, 1.83 Ghz.
