For the moment, LilyPond does not have any specific support for
dal segno and coda, which is what you ask for. I hope you know how to change the alignment, several examples can
be found in the mailing list archives, for example.

For example, my Essential Dictionary of Music Notation tells me coda
symbols should be aligned flush right, and segnos flush left with the
barline. As far as I can tell there is no flush left/flush right
option in Lilypond, but since Lilypond prides itself on adhering to
correct classical notation practices, perhaps this is something that
should be looked at. Yes, I know I can manually align every single
symbol I markup, but that shouldn't have to be the case.
