I don't know for sure (I don't have access to these machines now), but
autopackage has only been used to install lilypond there. Hence the version
is probably the one shipped with lily 2.5.28 or 2.5.30.
If the problem is related to the autopackage version, then the lily
autopackage should upgrade the package manager automatically IMHO; should
this be reported to the autopackage guys?
