That's what I will do.  Building the docs is going on nicely
with this single file added to tex/out, I hope that's a good
place for it.  Nothing else is missing yet, but we will see.

When it will be ready, of course.  It's not frozen yet, so I
would guesstimate it at least a couple of months from now.
They are trying to make it faster than Woody, but some build
farm troubles make the progress pretty unpredictable.
