When looking at the tablature.ly I discovered that the spacing between 
the first two notes is greater than the spacing between the next two 
notes. This has nothing to do with the tab because removing the tab does 
not remove the bug.

In an attempt to increase the visibility of the bad spacing I tried 
doubling the sequence and thereby putting the notes closer together. The 
attempt failed - the bug wasn't more visible, but instead another bug 
showed up:

I am refering to the weird y-position of the beam in the middle of 2nd 
measure.
