U+a7ae (LATIN CAPITAL LETTER SMALL CAPITAL I) should be
lowercased to U+026a (LATIN LETTER SMALL CAPITAL I) (et vv). However, it isn't. Each of these characters maps to itself when using uc_tolower()/uc_toupper().
Haven't yet been able to figure out how casing is done, so don't
(yet?) have a patch.
