[bug-libunistring] 0.9.4 - Make Check Failures

Problem:  2 tests ran during "make check" failed.

Environment:  Mac OS X v10.4.11 (PPC)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Download 0.9.4
2. Unzip
3. CD to directory created in step 2
4. ./configure
5. make
6. make check

What should happen:  No failures.

What does happen:  FAIL: test-float and FAIL: test-localename

Attachment:  test-suite.log
