[Bug-indent] Submitted patches.

There have been a couple of patches submitted over the last few weeks - for 
which thanks!

I'm away for two weeks and on my return I plan to dedicate my time to geting 
these patches worked in. This will mean a probable release of version 2.2.9 
towards the end of August.
