Hi Claudio, 

Thank you for reviewing the code. As per my testing, i din't find use for the
double quotes modification.  However, after your comments, I realized it is
better to include double quotes also.  

I have also noticed from your changes, my comments are NOT descriptive enough
to indicate Perl Documentation [perlpod] can be supported by mkid. So, I have
reviced comments.  

Could you please include the Patch.txt, which was attched here.
