Yes, I found their definitions in linux/dev/arch/i386/kernel/irq.c , hide under a #ifdef 0. I commented on this macro, and now the linker founds these.

But I don't find any definition of intel_startCPU function. I see many calls to this function, but don't find Its declaration and definition.

This seems to be ok for the ffs function, the others are not part of the
standard C library.

I'd look for for the non-SMP implementation and start from there, they
should be somewhere in gnumach sources.
