That's not really duplication of content. The page could be generated
from the same source; just shown in two different locations. There being
a copy of the HTML page on the web server is a technical detail that
doesn't really matter...

I wouldn't like seeing such a link... If the server *knows* what used to
be there, it can just as well show it right away.
