New Newsitem for Savannah

Hi, 

I just sent in a news item for savannah, which requires activation by a news 
manager. 

I could activate it myself, but I wanted to ask first, if news for the Hurd 
are done in four eyes principle, and if yes, if someone else would activate 
it.
