Device drivers are handled by the underlying microkernel, i.e. GNU Mach.
The currently widely-in-use GNU Mach-1.x has no support for wireless
network drivers nor PCMCIA. I guess it might be possible in theory to
add this support, but without quite some knowledge in both GNU Mach and
Linux (as Mach uses Linux drivers via some glue code), one will not be
able to get this going.

It seems right now nobody has both the motivation and the skills to get
this running, sorry.
