Hi, here is the debug info on some normal select() hang in pfinet. I did ftp localhost, and this time it succeeded. I could login, and after login it showed: 230 - and hang there. After some time, it continued, printing the welcome message. Then I typed "ls /share/doc/*" to get some traffic. Again, after some time, it hang, and then after some longer time it continued. My first and second attachment are the log files during the first hang and after that (at the ftp command prompt). My third attachment is the time of the second hang, and my fourth after it completed the ls command. This fourth attachment is the complete log. At the second hang, which was long, I was able to attach gdb and get a backtrace of all threads. This is my fifth attachment. Thanks, Marcus -- `Rhubarb is no Egyptian god.'
