NetBSD needs inttypes.h for uintptr_t

NetBSD needs inttypes.h for uintptr_t |

Without this, any file can't be compiled because of lack of the
definition of uintptr_t. uintptr_t is defined in inttypes.h on my
NetBSD box, but I'm not sure if the proper entry point is it or not.
