[bug-gsrc] shuffling alpha packages around

Attention all user of gsrc.

Those packages in "alpha" that have no representative yet in "gnu" directory

witll now be moved there. Just 'cause developers claim it is alpha quality

doesn't mean it shouldn't be generally available. Thus they will be listed

in package-list.html etc. Hopefully this will lead to usage and development.

You have been warned.

What's left of "alpha" directory will otherwise remain under-curated.
