Thank you.  I will work on getting that patch applied.  It might take
a few days.

Doubtful.  We have no official maintainer (as far as I know) since
Brian Gough resigned from the post.  I lack the time to pick up the
role.

While it may require some thought to get going, the sheer number of
results for Googling "bzr" and "windows" makes me doubt that bazaar is
unusable there.  That said, I'm not a Windows man.
