Hi,
in general, it's very difficult to tell what the problem is if you do
not provide compilable source code.
The errors you are getting look unrelated to GSL:

Check your use of the 'qsort' function in that line.

The cannnot find the library which contains the cv* symbols.

You can probably fix these errors by adding '-lm' to the arguments
passed to the linker.
