[Bug-gsl] GNU GSL error - gsl-1.15

Hello - 

I'm encountering an error in the singular value decomposition module while 
trying to 'make check' the build of the gsl 1.15 library. I didn't see this 
error mentioned in any of the Platform Specific Hints, so I thought I would 
send this your way.

My system info:

Mac OS 10.7.1 (Lion), Intel

I have attached my gcc version info in a text file, "gcc_info.txt". 

I have also attached the 'make check' log info. I did the 'make -k check' 
version, and all the other tests successfully completed. I also tried the 
--disable-shared option in the configure script, but that didn't change 
anything.

I'm happy to provide any other information you might need. I've used the 1.14 
version on my old Mac and it's a fantastic tool.

If you have any insight or info on how this might be fixed, I'd appreciate it.
