The discrepancies look small on the functions above, just minor
numerical differences. It's safe to ignore those.

The errors on some of these are pretty big - like a factor of 2. That
suggests a problem with Cygwin as they work elsewhere. I don't use
Cygwin myself so I don't know what would cause that.
