Just to check, on line 330 of vegas.c in 1.12, I'm a bit surprised that the
reference to sum_wgts shouldn't be state->sum_wgts since
the code on line 307 changes the value of state->sum_wgts
but that change is not reflected in the local variable sum_wgts.
