Dear Sir/Madam,
there is a bug in the file ellint.c, lines 486, 487, function
gsl_sf_ellint_Kcomp_e. The elliptic integral is not computed correctly
near 1.0, since the coefficients in the arrays a and b are wrong. They
are not as given in Abramowitz and Stegun, equation 17.3.33. Also
computation of ta and tb is not as in Abramowitz and Stegun.
