If Secure Boot is not enabled the user don't know.
It would nice if GRUB told the user, Secure Boot isn't enabled.
Then the user becomes aware of that and can know if his system has
been tampered with and it has been disabled.
And can also know that its off and he should probably enable it for
increased security.
