Can we please check if keyboard does work or not. If it does not work I 
think it is a BIOS issue with non-existant USB keyboard.

Alternative keys for up and down arrows are: v and ^ .

And if you type c does a console show up (press ESC to come back to the 
"graphical menu") ?
