The OS-specific notes are only for OSes which require
special treatment. So I wouldn't mention Solaris.
QNX seems to be quite funny. Can you tell me where I can get
the information?

Summary: How to boot QNX and Solaris x86
Original Submission: This might be introduced in "OS-specific issues".
In order to boot Solaris 8 on Intel, one should have the following lines in its
menu.lst file
title Solaris
rootnoverify (hd0,2)
chainloader +1
makeactive
boot
Of course, (hd0,2) should be modified to conform the real situation.
To boot QNX one should have:
title QNX
rootnoverify (hd1,1)
chainloader +4
boot
