While at it, there is at least one other bug that the translation team
should fix in zh_CH.po:

I don't see any evidence of a translation bug reporting address in that
translation (I can't read Chinese, but I _can_ read that no one followed
the direction of adding another line).  I'm also adding in cc the
information mentioned at the top of that .po file:
