[bug #31646] grep fails to build on Solaris 10, because it lacks grep

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #31646 (project grep):

The bug is even more egregious since if you delete the section in the
configure file that tests for GNU grep, it merrily configures, builds and
installs.  So it is a spurious dependency that can be excised without any
pain.
