Yes, it does:

  $ echo 1 2 3 | LC_ALL=de_DE.UTF-8 src/grep -E '^([[:digit:]]+[[:space:]]+){2}'
  1 2 3

Even if it's the same bug, that regexp is different enough
that I'll add it to the test, along with the other.
